My name is Terence Evans and I am a certified Hypnotherapist.  I help individuals with their problems whilst providing a friendly, professional and strictly confidential service.

Situated in a beautiful and peaceful part of South Wales you will find your experience to be relaxing, comfortable and have a positive outcome. 

The most common problems I help with through hypnosis are smoking cessation, anxiety, fears and phobias, insomnia, exam/presentation nerves, general confidence, relaxation, stress management, depression and weight control although I do help with many other problems as described on the Treatments page.

Practicing in an idyllic and peaceful location just outside Carmarthen in South West Wales having good access from M4 & A48 at Cross Hands & Carmarthen and receiving clients from all over South & West Wales, also as far and wide as Yorkshire and Kent.
